We design and manufacture custom porcelain cups and related items for businesses — primarily specialty coffee shops and other trade customers. Our service is intended for professional/business use, not for consumers, and the website is provided for that purpose.

Products shown on the site are produced to order to your specification. Information and prices on the site are an invitation to request a quote and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Because our items are manufactured to your specification (custom shapes, colours, branding and artwork), they are made individually for you. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where the goods are defective or not as agreed. This reflects the nature of bespoke goods; it does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated at checkout or in your quote and, unless otherwise indicated, are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Payment terms, deposits and delivery arrangements are set out in your order confirmation or quote.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, the Logo Cups name and the site design — belongs to LOGO CUPS SRL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos or designs you supply to us. By submitting them you confirm that you own or are authorised to use those materials, and you grant us the licence needed to reproduce them on your order and to show samples of completed work, unless you ask us in writing not to.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The website is provided “as is”. Handmade porcelain naturally varies slightly in colour, glaze and finish between pieces; such variation is a feature of the craft and is not a defect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.
