Last updated: 15 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LOGO CUPS SRL(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data when you use this website, request a quote, or place an order. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Romanian law.
1. Who we are (data controller)
The controller of your personal data is LOGO CUPS SRL, registered office at Str. Rodnei, Nr. 10, Corp C, Ap. 1, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/2773/2017, fiscal code RO37614778.
For any privacy matter you can reach us at logocupsro@gmail.com or by post at our workshop, 10 Orastiei Street, Warehouse D2, 400398 Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
2. What data we collect
- Account data — name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you register.
- Business & order data — company name, billing and delivery addresses, VAT number, order history and the details of the products you configure.
- Artwork you upload — logos, designs and other files you provide so we can produce your order.
- Payment-proof documents — files you upload to evidence a bank transfer or payment.
- Contact data — the content of messages you send us.
- Usage data— anonymous, aggregated visit statistics collected only with your consent (see Cookies & analytics).
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To take pre-contractual steps and perform our contract with you — quoting, producing and delivering your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax record keeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- For our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and communicating with business customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For optional analytics, only where you have given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart. These are essential to provide the service and do not require consent.
With your consent, we also use privacy-friendly, cookieless services from our hosting provider (Vercel) to understand aggregate site usage and measure page performance:
- Vercel Analytics — aggregate page views and navigation patterns.
- Vercel Speed Insights — anonymous Core Web Vitals (such as load speed and layout stability) to help us improve the site.
Neither service sets tracking cookies or identifies you individually. They only load after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics or performance monitoring scripts are loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, including:
- our e-commerce/order management backend (Vendure);
- our website hosting and analytics provider (Vercel);
- email delivery providers used to send transactional messages;
- payment and shipping partners needed to fulfil your order;
- public authorities where we are legally required to disclose data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the periods required by accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years for invoicing records). Artwork and payment-proof files are retained only as long as needed to fulfil and document your order.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where applicable;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at logocupsro@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
