From lump to glaze, we meticulously ensure each cup surpasses expectations. Slip & cast
Liquid porcelain is poured into plaster moulds we make in-house, one for every shape and size we sell.
Trim & emboss
Once leather-hard, each cup is trimmed by hand and your logo is engraved or embossed into the body.
Glaze & fire
Dipped, brushed or sprayed in your colours, then fired to 1250 °C until the porcelain vitrifies.
Decoration fire
Decal firing fuses intricate, pre-printed designs permanently onto porcelain surfaces using extreme heat.
